Hello, I am basically a gal who loves God, her family and of course her dear dear Clark. Hmm not to forget my friends too! Currently in the process of finding out what she really wants to do for her life and prays that everyday is a good day with all her loved ones. :)

Went to service and thanksgiving with Sun on the sunday after we had touched down.

missed quite a bit of the candlelight service because dear and i went to help out a fellow SL in need. haha but i was glad that we didn't miss the thanksgiving!

It was like a huge party with huge balloons and mass dance.
we had fun dancing with the dancers.
praise and worship was also awesome as there was an excited vibe in the air.

subsequently many awards and testimonials were shared and i cried at several times
because they were all so touching.
people of difficult backgrounds were chosen to share and express their thanksgiving.

I have been wanting to write a thanksgiving post as well
hmm i dun really know how to conclude this year actually.
but it's definitely a year of major transitions.

I started out this year as a final year 4 nus student
trying to complete all my modules and FYP.
In the first three months everyday was a pretty stressful day
because of all the travelling between the school, hospital and church.
but more of it is because of my dad's condition.

suffered a major loss at the end of march.
when Elaine was sharing of how a divorce is something that makes you felt like u were in hell and that it leaves a eternal scar on u, i felt exactly the same way then. it's a scar that never goes away. time may create a new covering for the wound but it's still there... left me with many nights of fear and sadness.

That period of time was also a period for my fyp submission and exams. i dun have much time to mourn but have to pick myself up to study and submit my fyp.

in may i made a decision about something that i felt was good in the end.
now that i looked back i felt that it was a loss for a greater good.

in july i started my teaching! receiving my pay and starting to learn how to work...
-.- i really hope and pray that all things will be fine as i start my practicum and work next year!

in aug i got attached to the most wonderful guy in the world :)
it's really amazing of how we got together.
first known him through the usher ministry in 2003. my team ic in 2004.
we have been friends for like 6 yrs plus haha
I thank God for the good communication between us
his care, patience and understanding and love.
he's my best partner in life! :)

through this year, i experienced care and concern from many individuals such as jeff (my best fren who always volunteer his time and effort :)), ade, bea, serene, ruth, weixiang, xiu, bao, jen and many more.

tks for being there when it's really tough in the beginning. love u guys.

I thank God for his mercy and grace and strength.
I want to say that
HE is indeed faithful and good :)

going for an endoscopy checkup on 4th jan too. pray for me when u c this post!
